PA66 has the following characteristics:
1. PA66 has high mechanical strength, good toughness, and high tensile and compressive strength. It has strong impact and stress vibration absorption capabilities, with impact strength superior to other plastics.2. PA66 has outstanding fatigue resistance, and the molded parts can maintain their original mechanical strength even after repeated bending.3. The surface of PA66 molded parts is smooth, with a low friction coefficient and wear resistance. When used as moving mechanical components, it has self-lubricating properties, low noise, and can operate without lubricants when friction is minimal; if lubrication is needed to reduce friction or assist in heat dissipation, options like water oil or grease can be chosen to extend the service life of transmission components.4. PA66 is corrosion-resistant, highly resistant to alkalis and most salt solutions, and also resistant to weak acids, engine oil, gasoline, aromatic compounds, and general solvents. It is inert to aromatic compounds but not resistant to strong acids and oxidizers. It can withstand the erosion of gasoline, oil, fats, alcohol, and weak alkalis, and has good aging resistance.5. PA66 is self-extinguishing, non-toxic, odorless, has good weather resistance, is inert to biological erosion, and has good antibacterial and antifungal properties.6. PA66 has excellent electrical properties.
