Application of PPS
1. Application of PPS in the machinery industry: Used for component preparation in high humidity and highly corrosive environments. Used for housings, structural parts, wear-resistant parts, and sealing materials, specifically including: pump housings, impellers, valves, bearings, bearing brackets, piston rings, gears, pulleys, fan components, flow meter parts, flanges, universal joints, counters, levels, etc.2. Application of PPS in electronics and electrical appliances: PPS can account for 30% in the electronics and electrical industry, suitable for high-temperature electrical components operating at temperatures above 200°C; can manufacture ignition brushes, electric brushes, starter coils, shielding covers, and blades on generators and engines; in televisions, it can be used for high-voltage housings, sockets, terminals, and terminal boards; in the electronics industry, it is used to manufacture transformer, choke, and relay frames and housings, integrated circuit carriers; utilizing high-frequency performance, it manufactures H-class winding frames and trimmer capacitors, etc. Miniature electronic component packaging, connectors, wiring devices, sockets, coil frames, motor housings, electromagnetic adjustment discs, television high-frequency head shafts, relays, trimmer capacitors, fuse holders, tape recorders, magnetic therapy devices, and other components. It is also applied in precision instruments: computers, timers, tachometers, copiers, cameras, temperature sensors, and various measuring instrument housings and components.3. Application of PPS in the automotive industry: PPS accounts for about 45% in the automotive industry, mainly used for automotive functional parts; components such as igniters, heaters, vaporizers, clutches, transmissions, gearboxes, bearing brackets, lampshades, bumpers, fans, exhaust systems, as well as components for mirrors and lamp bases.
